Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
(SCDDA – Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG)
From January 1, 2024, companies of all legal forms with headquarters in Germany and a workforce of 1,000 employees or more will be subject to the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (SCDDA, in German: Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG).
Against the background of our values, we are committed to complying with the SCDDA and the associated due diligence obligations in the area of human rights and environ-ment-related risks. Our SCDDA risk management system aims to minimize risks both in our own business operations and in our supply chain.
